Idea: Sleep
First step: Random words associated with the idea
Second step: Build each word into a list of phrases
Third step: Build the phrases into sentences

At some point, your thoughts will springboard into a creative writing process
and you can move safely away from the structured approach. When this happens,
run with it. When the running with it runs out, stop and return to your lists
for more inspiration.

Ami James


Ami James is a famous tattoo artist he was born in Israel and lived with his father’s parents until he was 12. At age 12 he moved to Miami but soon moved back to Israel and completed his teen years and also completed his military service in the Israel defence forces as a sniper. Ami got his first tattoo at age 15 and since having his first tattoo experience it was his dream to become a tattoo artist. After serving in the military he moved back to Miami and started his tattooing apprenticeship with the with a tattoo artist by the name of Lou at Lou’s tattoo shop. After many years in the tattoo industry Ami became the co-owner of the Miami’s tattoo parlour love hate tattoos with a close friend of his Chris Nunez. Chris and Amis tattoo parlour soon became the featured tattoo shop of the program TLC’s hit reality show Miami ink. Since then Ami has opened tattoo parlours in several states in America and has recently opened one in London. During Amis career he has also started his own clothing and jewellery line and is the co-owner of the love hate night club. Ami James is still tattooing today and is a very well-known tattoo artist all over the world.
